Our chef Jim Eberhard and his savvy staff serve up delicious specialty pizzas, fresh salads, and more. To make the perfect pie, Jim works hard to find the perfect ingredients. Sausages are made in-house with meat from Big Timber; all his sausages are free of nitrates and preservatives. Jim mixes up his dough and breads daily with Wheat Montana Flour, then hand-stretches each pizza. He uses Precious mozzarella which is grated and smoked in-house for freshest flavor. Finally, pizzas are cooked to golden perfection in our gas-fired brick oven.
